More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Property plans for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Also included in this new image release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.

More images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
